The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Strategy Management (ST) and\nBalanced Scorecard (BSC) on Organizational Performance (OP). Based on a theoretical\nfoundation and a wide review of the literature, the model of the research was proposed. 220\nQuestionnaires were distributed among random selected sample of Civil Defense departments\nin the Northern Emirates. 188 questionnaires were returned and used in the analysis using the\nPLS-SEM. The results of this study demonstrate that Strategy Management and Balanced\nScorecard have positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance. This study\nreflects the importance of the right implementation to the strategy management and BSC to\nhave successful performance. This study also supported the premises of the resource-based\nview theory by reaffirming the importance of the Strategy Management and BSC as drivers to\nenhance organizational performance.
